Notice of Motion - Courage to Care

I move that this House — (a) notes that the Parliament is hosting the B’nai Brith Courage to Care exhibition in Queen’s Hall during the week of 25 October 2011; (b) commends the important work done by B’nai Brith which campaigns against racism, hatred and bullying and spreads this message through its travelling exhibition to schools; (c) notes that this is the first time this exhibit is being hosted in the Melbourne CBD; and (d) further notes the appropriateness of this exhibit being hosted in Parliament House given the leadership role that members of Parliament play in their community in speaking out for those who suffer from these issues.
